Alex Whitehouse
00Hello
I turn messy processes into clear, well governed systems.
Right now I lead solution design at HealthNet Homecare, shaping the data, integrations and AI behind care delivered at home.

The best architecture disappears into the day.
Less typing for nurses, less hand-matching for finance, and deliveries patients can book and change themselves.
I have spent more than five years between the business and the build. I started as a business analyst, mapping how work really happens in dealerships and in healthcare. Now I am the architect who decides how the systems fit together.
Day to day, I run solution design reviews and set the standards our data, applications and infrastructure are built to. I also advise on technology strategy, from the next few months to the next few years. Most of my work is in Azure, Cloudflare, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and SQL, with TOGAF as the method.
- 80% Less note taking for nurses on home visits
- 65% Less manual reconciliation for finance
- 30% Of inbound calls handled by virtual agents
